MEDIATION SERVICES

MEDIATION SERVICES-“The SAFE Mediation Approach”

In addition to her civil law practice, Ms. Susan Yeck is now offering mediation services. As an experienced litigator for over 30 years, Ms. Yeck is aware of the need to help parties resolve disputes. Our court systems have become overcrowded. Litigation is expensive and brings with it a very uncertain outcome-no matter how strong a case or how good the evidence. The bottom line is that protracted litigation and trial is a risky approach. Ms. Yeck offers S.A.F.E. Mediation Services as an alternative.

As a result of her vast experience, Ms. Yeck brings to the table the knowledge and the desire to help parties resolve disputes fairly, efficiently and economically. Having been in the trenches of trial, Ms. Yeck is a firm believer that protracted litigation and trial are often not the best solutions for resolving a dispute. Ms. Yeck has the ability and experience to accurately assess a case and provide valuable input to get the case mediated. Ms. Yeck has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and understands that each case deserves a personalized approach. Most importantly, all parties involved need to be satisfied with the outcome. Ms. Yeck has developed the S.A.F.E. mediation/alternative dispute resolution approach.
