Ms. Yeck has served as a former arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court is currently appointed as a Judge Pro Tem in San Diego County and a settlement officer for the Vista Superior Court. She has also been appointed a mediator in Inyo County, California. Ms. Yeck began her trial career in 1987, working as a defense attorney in private practice and for several insurance carriers prior to opening her civil practice in 1995. Ms. Yeck has a wide array of experience in civil matters, including business litigation, personal injury and consumer law. She also served as a public defender from 1999-2003 in Inyo County where she specialized in Juvenile Delinquency and Dependency. Ms. Yeck has argued Appellate cases throughout the State and has several recognized published appellate decisions in consumer law and civil litigation. She is a graduate of both the University of California, Davis where she received a B.A in Internationals Relations/Spanish, and the University of San Diego, School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate.
